Rubicon July 2024 Social Media Promotion Terms and Conditions

Specific Terms and Conditions:

Promoter: A.G. BARR p.l.c. (us, we, our).

Opens: 1pm on 18 July 2024

Closes: 10pm on 22 July 2024

To enter: Instagram, X and TikTok entry only. Your pages need to be publicly viewable to enter.  During the promotional period, we will publish a promotional post on our Instagram, TikTok and X accounts.

  • To enter via Instagram you must comment on the promotional post and follow @rubicondrinksuk on Instagram
  • To enter via TikTok you must comment on the promotional post and follow @rubicondrinksuk on TikTok
  • To enter via X you must like and retweet the promotional post on X and follow @RubiconDrinksUK

Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 18+. Instagram, X and/or TikTok account and internet access required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary.

Prize: 3 x winners total for this promotion (1 winner on Instagram; 1 winner on TikTok; and 1 winner on X). 3 x winners will each win 1 x crate (24 x 330ml) of Rubicon Sparkling Mango.

Draw: 3 x winners will be drawn by us at random within 5 working days of the closing date as follows:

  • 1 x winner drawn from valid entries received via Instagram;
  • 1 x winner drawn from all valid entries received via TikTok; and
  • 1 x winner drawn from all valid entries received via X.

We will contact the winner within 5 working days of the closing date by tagging them in the comments or replies of the promotional post on the platform that they entered asking the winner to message us via direct message (DM). Please look out for messages in your Instagram, TikTok and X accounts. The winner will be required to provide their full name and UK address by DM reply within 21 days of our DM. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. We will arrange for delivery of the prize to the winner via post to the UK address confirmed by the winner within 21 days of contact details being confirmed.

The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be used by us to name the winners. The winners’ surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: Rubicon Brand Manager (Rubicon July 2024 Social Media Promotion) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD. The winners may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
