Rubicon Spring Vits Promotion April 2025 (Instagram and TikTok)

To enter: Instagram and/or TikTok entry only. Your pages need to be publicly viewable to enter.
- To enter via Instagram you must: (i) follow @rubicondrinksuk account on Instagram, (ii) like the relevant promotional post by @rubicondrinksuk on Instagram; and (iii) comment on the promotional post on Instagram tagging a friend.
- To enter via TikTok you must: (i) follow @rubicondrinksuk account on TikTok, (ii) like the relevant promotional post by @rubicondrinksuk on TikTok; and (iii) comment on the promotional post on TikTok tagging a friend.
Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 18+. Instagram and/or TikTok account and internet access required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary. Max 1 entry per social media handle per platform.
Prize: 3 x winners total across both social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok). Each winner will win one crate of 12 x 500ml bottles of Rubicon Spring Vits in a flavour of the winner’s choice (choice of Mango Passion; Black Cherry Pomegranate; or Strawberry Watermelon) subject to availability.
Draw: 3 x winner will be drawn by us at random from all valid entries received across Instagram and TikTok following the closing of the promotion. We will contact the winner within 5 working days of the closing date by tagging them in the comments or replies of the promotional post on the platform that they entered asking the winner to message us via direct message (DM). Please look out for messages in your Instagram and TikTok accounts. The winner will be required to provide their name, UK address and telephone number by DM reply within 21 days of our DM. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. At this stage, the winners will also be asked to confirm the flavour of the crate that they would like to receive, subject to availability. We will arrange for delivery of the prize to the winners via post to the UK address confirmed by the respective winners within 28 days of contact details being confirmed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of false and/or incorrect contact details. Any Prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted.
The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: Rubicon Drinks Brand Manager (Rubicon Spring Vits April 2025 Promotion) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD within 3 months of closing date. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
